olavmrk 84b37c93fd Start using SAML2 library from GitHub. 
This patch also starts using Composer for other dependencies
(i.e. php-openid and xmlseclibs).

Thanks to Boy Baukema for implementing this!

andreassolberg aa048b6af1 Adding a SIMPLESAML_INCPREFIX parameter before the inclusion of new files. This workaround was neccessary for university of oslo to make simplesamlphp work when ini_Set was not available.
