Tom Hunger 77df9ea28d Remove unnecessary dependencies. 
cherrypy is only used for the example so keeping it in the development
mode should be fine.

argparse and importlib are shipped with python2.7+

A complete OpenID Connect implementation
========================================

This a fairly complete implementation of OpenID Connect as
specified in http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-core-1_0.html.
And as a side effect a complete implementation of OAuth2.0 too.
