Once upon a time, a minor god decided to use the term "stylesheet".
Then God (The True and Only God) sayd : "Use XSL".
Later God decided: "Use XSLT".
And now He says "Use SiteXslt".

<port> and <ip> are now children of <virtualHost> (they were attributes).
ip defaults to '' which means to listen on every addresses (so I removed most
ip="*" and didn't replace them with <ip> tags)
