Thank you so much unordered.py for claiming to implement
IOrderedContainer but then just return None as position information.
Nobody would be able to query for an adapter to check if a folder
actually implements IOrderedContainer.

Remove a b_start parameter when generating facet urls.
...
This has the intended effect of resetting the batch to the first page, so we do not error out when a facet leads to a search result set smaller than the current batch page total. Fixes #12 .

...
Facet title vocabularies are lookup up on the facet field name.
Includes tests, the default falls back to the old behavior (translate
messages in the solr domain).
