- Make authentic2_pratic.User and authentic2_pratic.Collectivity derive
  from custom_user.User and a2_rbac.OrganizationalUnit
- Merge with RBAC changes from authentic2, refactor forms and views to
  use those from authentic2.manager
- Remove OAuth2 mentions
- Implement restriction of authentication to X509 for some services

- ajout commande pour recharger l'ancienne base LDAP,
- améliorations dans les template,
- ajout des traductions,
- ajout de clé naturelles aux modèles,
- correction au caractère optionnel de certains champs.
